------------2 volumes (ONE SHIPPING CHARGE), paperbacks, about 4.25w x 7h inches, both are solid Very Good to Very Good+ examples, HOBBIT is a 1st Methuen printing, a VG example with light wear and rubbing, very faint cover crease, copyright page states 1st Magnum edition, lower down it states First printing 1976 /and/ Second printing 1977 but I believe those printing statements are referring to the Methuen publications, Magnum was a reprint company and was an arm of Methuen so the Magnum edition was likely produced from Methuen production plates with the Magnum printing added to the copyrigh...
